In January-October 2023, total Russian coal supplies, including exports and deliveries to the domestic market, increased to 329.3 mio t (+8.7 mio t or +2.7% y-o-y).
In 10 months of 2023, 148.0 mio t were sent to the domestic market (+1.8 mio t or +1.2% y-o-y), of which:
· 75.1 mio t (+4.5 mio t or +6.4%) was directed to power plants;
· 33.1 mio t (+3.4 mio t or +11.4%) supplied to coking plants;
· 39.8 mio t (-6.1 mio t or -13.3%) shipped to other consumers.
Russian coal exports in Jan-Oct 2023 climbed to 181.3 mio t (+6.9 mio t or +4.0% y-o-y).
