Australian coal price forecasts signal a steady medium-term outlook

Established coal users are projected to have the largest net coal capacity additions in the 2020-2030 decade, if unrestrained. These countries are projected to continue their coal capacity expansion trajectory, adding some 112GW of coal-fired power plants in the 2020s and 97GW in the 2030s.
