India’s coal imports

INDIA-COAL-IMPORTS

India’s total coal and coke imports with the ending of monsoon season and economic activities picking up,further increases to 19% year-on-year(YoY) and 6%month-on-month (MoM) in Oct2022. The imports of coal and coke totalled20.45MMT in October month surged from 17.21MMT in Oct 2021 and 19.33MMT in Sep 2022.
