Indonesia’s Harga Batubara Acuan (HBA) sees a downward correction for February

Harga Batubara Acuan formally known as the HBA-thermal coal reference price of Indonesia has undergone a downward correction for February. The reference price for February 2024 stands at $125.85/mt. The price for 6,322kcal/kg has dropped by 55% year-on-year (YoY) and by 1% month-on month (MoM). This marks a decrease of $152.10 from February 2023’s level of $277.05 and as light decline of $0.90 from January 2024’s $125.85 level.
