India’s coal imports reach record highs

India’s total coal and coke imports touched a fresh record of nine-month high with 23.80 MMT imports in Apr-23. Total imports for the month registered a 17% YoY and a 9% MoM hike from 20.29 MMT of imports in Apr-22 and 21.90 MMT of imports in Mar-23
