Weekly coal price review: EU coal futures head south

The momentum in the thermal coal market shifted from the European and Australian markets to the Asian market during the week. Up to last week when the natural gas supply fear edged up the South African and Australian coal prices have now cooled off and Indonesian prices gained momentum along with Russian and USA coal with rising demand from the Asian market.
