In April 2021, Kolmar plans to launch Denisovskaya Eastern coal mine in Yakutia with an annual extraction of 4 mio t.
The facility is expected to reach its design capacity until 2023. Denisovskaya Eastern mine will be a part of Denisovskiy mining and processing enterprise and will produce 8-10 thousand t of coal daily.
Kolmar is a Russian coal mining company engaged in the extraction and transportation of coal in the Far East. The assets include Inaglinsky and Denisovsky washing plants and a new coal terminal Vaninotransugol (VTU).
The total balance reserves of Kolmar coal exceed 1.1 billion t. 70% of Kolmar’s shares belong to Anna Tsivileva, another 30% are owned by Gennady Timchenko’s Volga Group.
Coal production of Kolmar in 2020 amounted to 6.3 mio t (-1.7 mio t or -21.5% to 2019).
